1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day


2. Shipping & Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 7 to 21 business days, depending on destination and product availability.

Please note:

  • Delivery may take up to 21 business days

  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed

  • Delays may occur due to customs, courier issues, high demand, or unforeseen circumstances

  • Ahjaar is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs clearance


3. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.


4. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if available).


5. Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or customer unavailability:

  • The customer may be responsible for re-shipping fees

  • Returned orders may be refunded minus shipping costs


6. Damaged or Lost Items

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos of the product and packaging

We will investigate and provide a replacement or refund if approved.


7. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

If you experience any issue, please contact us before filing a chargeback. We are committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account restrictions.
